If you have the web interface active on your mythtv server you can edit the channels there. I am not sure which key in the mythtv database is used to match but i am sure if you play a little bit with it that you can find it. Please let me know if you find the solution because I also have plans in the future to use mythtv with my dreambox receiver and the TV-VLAANDEREN channels. goodluck.
